Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled if the request is made before the items have been dispatched from our warehouse or distribution center. Once your order has been processed and handed over to the courier for delivery, we are unable to cancel it. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure it can be stopped in time.

Refund Policy
If you choose to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment. Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be issued promptly, and you will receive a notification when the transaction has been completed. Please note that the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

DISCREPANCIES
Notification of Shortages or Discrepancies
It is essential that you carefully inspect your order upon delivery. Any shortages, missing items, or discrepancies must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for issues raised after this period has elapsed.

Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears to be damaged upon arrival, please either make a note of the damage with the courier at the time of delivery or refuse to accept the parcel. If the external packaging is visibly damaged and you choose to accept the delivery, we cannot be held liable for any missing contents. Taking immediate action ensures we can resolve the matter efficiently and fairly.

Incorrect Items Received
In the event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly. We will issue you a prepaid returns label via email, allowing you to send the item back to us at no cost. The correct item will be dispatched only after we have received and inspected the returned item to confirm the error.

Return Eligibility and Hygiene Policy
Due to hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for any items that have been used or worn. However, if the product is unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was delivered, it may be eligible for a refund. Once received and inspected, if the item meets our return criteria, a refund will be issued. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Window and Shipping Responsibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items in order to qualify for a refund. All returned goods must be sent at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or faulty item).
